Registered Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is a healing technique in which our Registered Massage Therapists use manual adjustments of your body’s soft tissue to alleviate muscular tension.
All our therapists are Registered Massage Therapists that have completed a minimum of 2200 hours of education, and are registered with an accredited association. Many of our Registered Massage Therapists have also studied additional treatment approaches and integrate them into your treatments.
As part of a collaborative team, our Registered Massage Therapists provide relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, pregnancy, and complementary modalities such as cupping as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. Your treatment plan is developed alongside your other health-care providers at Priority Wellness to ensure that you receive optimal care.

Manual Osteopathic Therapy
Manual Osteopathic Therapists assess and treat the body as a whole; aiming to treat the root cause of pathology. Manual Osteopathic Therapy focuses on the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of disorders using adjustments and gentle movements of the joints and organs to correct imbalances and relieve any obstructions blocking circulation of fluids. By restoring proper mechanics to the body, the osteopathic manual therapist allows the normal flow of fluids and improves function, which helps reduce pain and improves wellbeing.
Manual Osteopathic Therapists use a variety of modalities including:
Osteoarticular Corrections: Gentle realignment of the joints using muscle energy techniques, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, strain- counterstrain (relaxing and repositioning joints), and gentle soft tissue work.
Advanced Myofascial Remodelling: Direct and indirect soft tissue mobilization techniques used to reduce fascial tension restoring normalcy in muscles and surrounding tissue.
Cranial Osteopathy: Use of craniosacral techniques to gently manipulate the bones of the skull, spine, and sacrum as well as rebalance the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and address autonomic imbalances within the nervous system.
Visceral Manipulation: Gentle mobilization of the organs of the body to re-establish organ mobility, motricity, and motility.

Holistic and Energetic Healing
Subconscious Imprinting Technique:
Subconscious Imprinting Technique is a science-based healing modality designed to uncover and release repressed emotions and unresolved traumas contributing to chronic physical symptoms in the body. Through SIT we can focus on getting to the root cause of the issue (this can either be physical or emotional) which typically appears as a result of a trigger by our body’s stress response. We as humans operate with layers of repressed, undealt-with emotions which can affect us daily, but SIT can help to lessen that.
What will a session look like?
A session begins with a one-on-one in-depth interview process where the practitioner gets details on the issues a client intends to work on. You will then be guided through a series of statements and some breathwork. This can sometimes create profound emotional releases, and others can be quite mellow- it varies from case to case.
Reiki is a traditional Japanese medicine which focuses on the energy moving through the body. It is a gentle, touchless practice that focuses on your chakras and the energy movemement within. Reiki treats the whole person including the body, emotions, mind and spirit. It creates many beneficial effects for human beings of all ages like relaxation, peacefulness, security and wellbeing. A reiki treatment is great for those experiencing physical pains, difficult emotional issues, for people who are ungrounded, or just feeling generally unwell.
